Faculty Teach-In: Vilna Bashi Treitler
Vilna Bashi Treitler is a full professor who is a first generation college student, second generation immigrant, black woman. Her experience in higher education taught her the importance of mentoring. Her teach-in is both about needing mentoring and being a mentor, and how good mentoring can change lives.
