Abolitionist Reading Group: Lessons in Transformative Justice

"This year the Minorities and Philosophy (MAP) chapter @ UCSC is teaming up with Strike University to host a virtual abolitionist reading group for the 2020-21 academic year.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who is unfamiliar with abolitionist praxis to come and discuss with others who have the same interest. All experience level with abolition are welcome to join!
At our next meeting, we will be discussing readings from Beyond Survival: Strategies and Stories from the Transformative Justice Movement, and we will engage in a workshop in Accountability/Pod Mapping.
Readings for the session are available here: bit.ly/3whS40O "
